ABOUT ANGELA
With my experience, I will help you discover your own unique aesthetic and vision.

While I was studying at the University of Rouen my junior year in college, I wandered in and out of churches and museums in awe of the beauty and history before me. My education of the art world continued at Galerie Mourlot, a gallery specializing in Modern Master lithographs, located on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay. It was there that I honed my expertise in framing, installing, selling and marketing our local Boston artists, all while exploring art and the secondary market. Upon moving to New York city, I worked at Christie's Auction House. This fast-pace, global market provided me with a unique perspective on fine art. After several years, I continued my career at the prestigious Morgan Library. This collection of manuscripts, rare books, ancient cylinder seals, drawings and more inspired my interest in museum acquisitions and the preservation of permanent collections.

Living in Manhattan for over twenty years and now back in Boston with my husband and four children, I have refined my skills as a personal collector. I have continued to evolve my personal aesthetic, and love of art. I am passionate about helping clients find, and most importantly, enjoy their acquisitions. Founding AWA, I am excited to connect collectors with artists and artists with collectors.
